We'll make specific recommendations on where and how to apply
the efforts of yourself and your management team. We'll be as involved as
you want us to be. If necessary, we'll work as part of your business for
a period of time. And we'll provide you with the metrics and tools to monitor
your progress. We'll come back on an annual or semi-annual basis to review
your progress and offer course corrections if necessary
